Quality Assurance
Quality has always been a top priority for Qualitas and is fully integrated in our management practices. We recognize that only the highest standard of products and services guarantee the success of your projects and a long-term relationship between Qualitas and its customers.
Qualitas’ quality management system complies with international codes and best oilfield practices, which encompasses the quality benefits that can be achieved through the applicable parts of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
Our dedicated Quality Inspector ensures throughout the fabrication process that all Qualitas equipment meets defined quality requirements. Before leaving the facility, each individual piece is tested until it meets the expected performance through our Factory Acceptance Test. Quality inspection and assurance procedures are employed with the same due diligence in-country for site preparation, construction, testing, commissioning and start-up.
HSE Management
Ensuring the health and safety of employees and protecting the environment is a top priority for our company.
With the effective implementation of our HSE management system and the involvement and accountability of all Qualitas’ employees and third party contractors with our HSE policies, we conduct our operations with zero risk to personnel or the environment.
Through the utilization of our web-based HSSE management application Zero Accident Concept®, Qualitas intends to ensure the corporate commitments are put into practice at all stages of its operations. This action for improvements on various jobsites can be transmitted and taken in real time and on a continuous basis to optimize the value created for our customers.
