Qualitas provides commissioning and start-up services that include:

• Supply of specialized personnel, e.g. Compressor Mechanic, Control Panel Specialist, Instrumentation Specialist, etc.
• Inspection of equipment package to ensure that all items have been re-assembled correctly
• Conduct rotating equipment alignments, check balance weights for compressors, and set local control panel for first use operation
• Check all instruments and controls, verify set-points and shutdown keys
• Check control panel operations (local to skid and also communication to main SCADA)
• Prepare equipment for startup
• Perform no load run test
• Perform final alignment
• Startup of equipment, in conjunction with customer’s operations personnel
• Monitor initial operations (as required)
• Complete commissioning and initial equipment operations reports and submit to manufacturers for factory warranty
