Employee Drug & Alcohol Policy

The consumption of prohibited drugs and alcohol can have a detrimental effect on the health and safety of individuals and workers.

Drug and alcohol use is prohibited during working hours. All employees must be suitably fit, mentally and physically, to perform their duties in a respectable manner and to act appropriately.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on work sites during working hours.  Qualitas International Inc. may choose to conduct individual and/or random testing for drugs or alcohol, in compliance with local laws and regulations, when an employee is obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs or involved in an accident.

Qualitas International Inc. will inform, train and increase employee awareness of alcohol and drug related issues.
